Gun rule needs to be reversed
Less than 1 percent of people in Illinois (and less than one-half of 1 percent in Cook County) applied for concealed carry permits in 2014.
So why do 99 percent of us have to post "no guns allowed" signs?
Shouldn't the 1 percent have to post "bring your guns in here" signs instead?
