Grain lower, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were lower Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery was 4.75 cents lower at $5.25 a bushel; March corn was 4.25 cents lower at $3.87 a bushel; March oats were unchanged at $2.7950 a bushel; while March soybeans lost 3.50 cents at $9.75 a bushel.

Beef was mostly lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle was .35 cent higher at $1.5400 a pound; March feeder cattle was 1.42 cents lower at $2.0220 a pound; April lean hogs gained .35 cent to $.6710 a pound.
