Schaumburg library offers Teen Job Fair Feb. 28

Teens ages 15 to 19 are invited to a Teen Job Fair from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28 at the Schaumburg Township District Library, 130 S. Roselle Road in Schaumburg.

Many employers will be taking applications, while some organizations will be looking for volunteers. Attendees can also receive resume assistance and interview guidance.

"Due to the overwhelming success of the library's 2014 Teen Job Fair, it was clear this should become an annual event," said librarian Katie LaMantia. "Teenagers are a vital resource to the community and economy, and by offering an annual Teen Job Fair, we hope to provide a range of services and resources that will benefit teenagers and local businesses."

No registration is required for this free event.
