Wizards' Beal injures toe, will not return vs. Hornets
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - Washington guard Bradley Beal will miss the rest of the Wizards' game Thursday night against the Charlotte Hornets because of a sore big right toe.
Beal played 11 minutes against the Hornets and had one point and was 0 for 5 from the field.
Beal injured the toe during the first half of a tight game. The Wizards are looking to gain a measure of revenge against the Hornets after a 92-88 loss Monday night.
