'Imagine' part of State of Union?

'Imagine' part of State of Union?

The president referred to Yemen in last year's State of the Union speech calling it an example of his successful "policies," now as we see Yemen has fallen into the hands of the terrorist, Wrong, Mr. President. He referred to ISIS as JV, Wrong again Mr. President.

It would seem that this president and his administration has a problem with the truth, they have been wrong about what happened down in Ferguson, Missouri, wrong about the perceived war on women, wrong about the threat of terror and in their world none of the facts matter. They believe what they "say" is the truth, or what they want it to be, is the truth, facts be damned.

It was once the job of the press to decipher and explain the truth but now many news outlets ignore the truth in favor of stating what they believe the truth is, or want it to be or ignoring it altogether, again facts be damned. I have often heard the phrase "perception is reality" which is also nonsense, there are facts involved with every situation.

Now he pats his back in this year's State of the Union about how gas prices are falling. Mr. President, everyone knows it's lower despite you, not because of your policies. Finally, he sends John Kerry over to France with James Taylor to sing "You got a Friend." I was concerned that at this State of the Union he was going to call for everyone to hold hands and sing John Lennon's "Imagine"

So, Mr. President, the only JV I see around the world is located at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. in Washington D.C.
