Grain higher, livestock lower

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were higher Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Mar delivery was unchanged at $4.9275 a bushel; Mar corn was 7 cents higher at $3.7675 a bushel; Mar oats were unchanged at $2.6925 a bushel; while Mar soybeans gained 19.50 cents at $9.79 a bushel.

Beef was lower and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Apr live cattle was .10 cent lower at $1.4950 a pound; Mar feeder cattle was 1.10 cents lower at $1.9960 a pound; Apr lean hogs lost .32 cent to $.7060 a pound.
