Choirs to perform:

Mundelein High School's show choirs will preview their competition-ready shows in a concert Thursday, Feb. 5. The show is set for 7 p.m. in the school auditorium, 1350 W. Hawley St. Admission is free but donations will be accepted. SoundFX, the all-male choir, will present a show based on music from the 1980 movie "The Blues Brothers." The Mundelein Lights, an all-female choir, will perform a show featuring the music of Carole King. The Mundelein Sound mixed choir will present selections from the musical "Hairspray."
