'Princess Bride' actor tells behind-the-scene story of film
On Valentine's Day, actor-turned-author Cary Elwes, known for "The Princess Bride" and other movie roles, comes to Naperville to share his new title, "As You Wish."
At this public event, a question-and-answer session will follow Elwes' talk, then fans may join the book-signing line to meet the author. Included is a showing of the film "The Princess Bride."
The event begins at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, at The Yellow Box auditorium at Community Christian Church, 1635 Emerson Lane, Naperville.

The book is filled with never-before-told stories, exclusive photographs, and interviews with co-stars Robin Wright, Wallace Shawn, Billy Crystal, Christopher Guest and Mandy Patinkin, as well as author and screenwriter William Goldman, producer Norman Lear, and director Rob Reiner.
"The Princess Bride" has been a family favorite for close to three decades.
