Jacobs 49, Cary-Grove 48: The Golden Eagles escaped out of Cary with a Fox Valley Conference Valley Division win to end a 2-game slide. Carly Sidor registered a team-high 14 points on three 3-pointers, as Jacobs (8-14, 2-5) poured in 10 from long distance, including 3 each from Talia Surges and Teghan Richman. Candace Cunningham led the Trojans (8-13, 2-5) with a game-high 15 points while Katie Sowa pumped in 14 in Cary-Grove's fifth-straight loss.
