Skylar Blackstock scored 14 points, Ashley Richardson added 11, and the Patriots defeated visiting Lake Zurich 60-31 Friday night to improve to 20-3 and 8-0 in the North Suburban Conference Lake Division.

Kiana Cencula had 9 points for Stevenson, while Janine Fajardo and Sophia Way each scored 7. The Patriots played their sixth game in a row without Taylor Buford, who remains sidelined with a sprained ankle.

Frankie Nasca and Elly Daleske scored 8 points apiece for Lake Zurich.

Grayslake Central 47, Woodstock 44: Lauren Spalding scored 19 points to lead the Rams to the Fox Valley Fox Division win.

It was the Rams' second victory in a row.
