Trade a Horseshoe for a Partner?

It was interesting to read the Jan. 15 front-page news of Springfield's signature sandwich, the Horseshoe: an open-faced sandwich where a choice of meat is covered in french fries and cheese sauce.

I expect the new suburban lawmakers will bring many enlightened recipes with a focus on fresh, healthy ingredients, a little spice and create, for instance, the Partner: a gathering of open minds where a choice of law is covered in facts and funding. Pass the hope, please.
