Antioch Township and the Antioch Area Health Accessibility Alliance will sponsor a LifeSource blood drive and bone marrow registration on Saturday, Jan. 24, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Antioch Township building, 1625 Deep Lake Road, Lake Villa. To schedule your blood donation appointment, contact LifeSource at (877) 543-3768 or go to www.lifesource.org and use Group Code 337D. To become a potential bone marrow donor, you only have to allow a swab of cheek cells. No needles are involved. To join in person, you need to be between the ages of 18 and 44.
