Why cite net worth of some, not all politicians?

In the paper last week you printed an Associated Press article by Sara Burnett that labeled Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner as "a multimillionaire businessman." Why?

Why not just "businessman?"

I have never seen Hillary Clinton labeled "multimillionaire candidate." Bill Clinton, John Kerry, Al Gore ... None are ever referred to as multimillionaires.

Can I expect to see all political articles refer to net worth in the future? If not, why not?
