Police arrest burglars on the roof, not a fiddler

RACINE, Wis. (AP) - Two people have been arrested atop the roof of the house they were trying to raid.

WISN-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1yhIVDM) Racine police responded to a burglary in process at a home under construction early Monday morning. One person surrendered as police surrounded the house.

Police discovered two other people were hiding on the roof to avoid the authorities. The Racine Fire Department helped get police up to the roof to arrest the two other suspects.

The three suspects may face charges of burglary, criminal trespass and possession of burglary tools.
