Juneau woman to face trial in fatal stabbing

JUNEAU, Wis. (AP) - A Dodge County judge has found probable cause in a homicide case against a woman accused of fatally stabbing a man at his Randolph apartment.

An autopsy determined Michael Soeller was stabbed 38 times last August. Thirty-year-old Kriscilla McHenry is charged with first-degree intentional homicide.

A Dodge County sheriff's detective testified Thursday that McHenry told him she stabbed Soeller after he sexually assaulted her. McHenry also told investigators another woman was with her and Soeller at his apartment.

The Beaver Dam Daily Citizen (http://bit.ly/1BCgG3Y ) reports the victim's car was found at an impound lot in Milwaukee Aug. 25, the day after a landlord found Soeller dead in his apartment.
