UCLA women hold off Colorado 90-84

BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - Kari Korver scored 17 points, including four 3-pointers, and Recee' Caldwell added 14 points to help UCLA hold off Colorado in a 90-84 win Sunday.

Korver was 4 of 8 from beyond the arc and missed just one of her six free throws, while Caldwell went 5 of 6 from the field. Lajahna Drummer contributed 13 points, Jordin Canada and Nirra Fields added 10 apiece to keep UCLA (7-9, 3-2 Pac-12) unbeaten on the road in conference play this season.

The Bruins, who shot 53 percent on 66 attempts, took a 50-41 advantage into the break but had to quell a late Colorado surge.

The Buffaloes (7-8, 0-4) opened the second half with a 19-4 run to take their first lead of the game, 60-59, with 14:29 to go. UCLA retook the lead for good with a 5-0 burst capped by Korver's 3.

Haley Smith led Colorado with 19 points.
