15-year-old boy dies after being shot at Detroit bus stop

DETROIT (AP) - Police say a 15-year-old boy has died after being shot at a Detroit bus stop.

Officer Adam Madera says an 18-year-old is in custody. The shooting occurred Wednesday, soon after the boy bought gloves at a nearby Family Dollar store.

Madera says investigators are trying to determine if the victim and suspect knew each other. The shot was fired from across the street. The suspect was quickly captured.
