Believe Project: $100 to brighten the mood of a friend who lost a son
Today's winner of a $100 bill through the Believe Project is Margery Katalinich of Palatine.
Here is an excerpt of her pitch:
"I would love $100 to spend on a lovely outdoor winter container for a friend and her husband who continue to experience grief after losing their son a year and a half ago. My friend has a nice porch on her home in Arlington Heights and would enjoy a festive look that would brighten their holiday season. I'd love to surprise them, they are a wonderful couple!"
