Probation for Wheeling man who attacked 63-year-old

A 23-year-old Wheeling man who prosecutors say assaulted a 63-year-old woman in September after she returned home with her groceries, pleaded guilty to aggravated battery on Tuesday, court records show.
In exchange for his guilty plea, Henry Vasquez, 23, was sentenced to two years' probation and ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation, according to court records.
He was also fined $694.
