Enact mandatory sex ed at Larkin

A mandatory course on parenthood and safe sexual education needs to be implemented at Larkin High School in Elgin for the number of teenage pregnancies to drop.

To begin with, a good number of high school students are already engaged in sexual relationships. Some of these students don't know where, or how, to get access to the different contraceptives that are available for them. Other students aren't aware of all the responsibilities that come along with being a parent.

Therefore, Larkin High School's students should be required to complete a course dealing with sexual education and parenting as it will lower the probability of them becoming parents at such a young age.
