Lawlor to talk in Mundelein:

Lake County Board Chairman Aaron Lawlor will talk to the Mundelein village board on Monday, Dec. 15, about the proposed Route 53 extension into Lake County. The meeting is set for 6 p.m. at village hall, 300 Plaza Circle. The project has been planned for years but has never become a reality. County and municipal officials are working together in a renewed effort to make it happen.
