Michael Green scored a game-high 22 points for Round Lake in a 45-39 victory over Grant on Wednesday in North Suburban Prairie play as the Panthers snapped a five-game losing streak.

Austin Soto added 9 points for Round Lake (2-5, 1-1).

Alec Montagno had 16 points for Grant (0-6, 0-1).

Vernon Hills 74, Lakes 64: Robby Nardini scored 29 points, including four 3-pointers, as the visiting Cougars held off the Eagles in North Suburban Prairie play.

Lakes rallied from 23 points down at the end of the third quarter to make it a five-point game but came up short.

Lakes was led by 22 points from Jake Balliu and 21 from Ethan Sage.

Cory Levin and Bo Manso (three 3s) added 13 and 11 points, respectively, for Vernon Hills.

North Chicago 57, Antioch 42: The host Sequoits were led by Brandon Dade's 11 points.

Zion-Benton 35, Warren 31: The host Zee-Bees improved to 1-1 in the North Suburban Lake.

Warren fell to 3-5 and 1-1.
