Culver's toy drive benefits NCH hospital

Culver's celebrates this holiday season by giving back to the community.

Throughout the Chicago area, more than 30 restaurant locations will be hosting toy drives for local hospitals. As a second-year initiative, Culver's continues its tradition of spreading holiday cheer.

Culver's of Arlington Heights and Culver's of Buffalo Grove have partnered with Northwest Community Hospital for its drive that will see all toy donations personally delivered by team members and mascot Scoopie on Tuesday, Dec. 16. Until then, the restaurant will be collecting new, unwrapped gifts for all ages.

"Culver's is proud to be a part of this collaboration that allows us to collect donations that will be delivered locally," said Culver's of Arlington Heights owner Chuck Martin.

"It's special to know the toys will be given to children from our community who are going through a tough time right now," Culver's of Buffalo Grove owner Kevin Weasler said.

To donate, visit the Culver's locations at 2060 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights or 450 McHenry Road, Buffalo Grove.

For more information, contact the restaurants at (847) 590-8802, Arlington Heights; or (847) 229-1123, Buffalo Grove.
