Carpentersville VFW to host meat raffle Dec. 12

The Carpentersville Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5915 is hosting a meat raffle at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, at the post home, 301 Lake Marian Road.

There will be various cuts of beef, pork and more.

Come and join us for a fun evening and hope you are a lucky winner.

Sandwiches will be served while supplies last.

The Veterans of Foreign Wars is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the veterans and the community. The purpose of this function is to raise money to better its organizational goals such as working for the homeless, veterans needs and working with the community.
