Route 31 reopens after serious crash in Aurora

Route 31 in Aurora has reopened after a serious crash earlier, authorities said.

The road was closed in both directions - beginning just after 3 p.m. - between Sullivan Road and Indian Trail and remained closed for more than an hour. Drivers were advised to seek alternate routes while emergency responders worked at the scene.
