Stevenson 80, Mundelein 36: Jalen Brunson had 18 points, 7 assists, 5 rebounds and 5 steals, as Stevenson's boys basketball team opened North Suburban Lake Division action with an 80-36 win over host Mundelein on Wednesday night.

Stevenson (5-0) also received 10 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists from Connor Cashaw. Matt Johnson chipped in 15 points for the Patriots, who led 47-18 at halftime.

Lakes 60, Round Lake 32: Ben Haviland's 20 points, which included four 3-pointers, led the way for the Eagles in the North Suburban Prairie opener.

Ethan Sage added 11 points for Lakes (2-4).

Round Lake received 13 points from Austin Soto.
