Christmas season worship set at Grace Lutheran

Grace Lutheran Church, 493 Forest Ave. in downtown Glen Ellyn, has a full calendar of worship services and holiday activities for members and guests to participate in and enjoy.

On Sunday, Dec. 14, the 10 a.m. service is led by the Christian Education students and Holy Communion will be served. There is regular 8 a.m. service as well.

A Family Service is planned for Wednesday, Dec. 24, at 4 p.m. with Holy Communion as part of the fellowship. A Candlelight Service with Holy Communion will take place at 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve night, Dec. 24. Christmas Day, Dec. 25 will be celebrated with one worship service at 10 a.m. that includes Holy Communion.

On Wednesday, Dec. 17, Graceful Gatherings as planned a Christmas Event with ESSE Center guests. The afternoon begins at 11:30 a.m. and includes lunch, a "White Elephant" gift exchange and time to have holiday fun with ESSE guests.
