Elgin 49, Alden-Hebron 33: Abby Pierre-Louis had 13 points to lead the Maroons (2-2) to a win in the third place game of the Elgin Academy tournament. Destiny West and Alisha Panthier each had 10 points for Elgin.
Huntley 47, St. Viator 46: Kayla Barreto had a career-high 18 points and Ali Andrews added 16 as Huntley (3-0), which led 36-27 after three quarters, held on for the win at the Dundee-Crown tournament.
Bartlett 54, Oswego East 32: Kelly Harris had 12 points and Mariah Martinez added 10 to lead the Hawks (1-1) at the Naperville Central tournament. Lauren Janczak (5 points, 3 assists, 6 steals) and Kaitlin Brohan (7 points, 7 rebounds) also contributed for Bartlett.
Hampshire 38, Lake Park 28: Tricia Dumoulin had 13 points and Rachel Dumoulin added 11 to lead the Whip-Purs (2-1) at the Hoffman Estates tournament.
Hononegah 48, CL South 40: Chanel Fanter scored 27 points and had 10 rebounds but it wasn't enough as the Gators (3-1) fell at the Dundee-Crown tournament. Kiana Clark had 9 rebounds for Crystal Lake South.
Fremd 67, Cary-Grove 40: Katie Barker had 13 points for Cary-Grove (2-1) in its loss to No. 1 Fremd at the Lake Zurich tournament. Candace Cunningham added 8 points for the Trojans. Duke recruit Haley Gorecki scored 25 points for Fremd.
Harvest Christian 51, Freeport 47: Junior Paulina Castro hit eight 3-pointers and scored 33 points to lead the Lions to a win in the third place game of their own tournament. Kylee Knox added 12 points for Harvest Christian (3-1).
Westminster Christian 48, Orr 45: On the same day her dad, Fred, got his first win as Westminster's head coach, junior Maddie Versluys scored a school record 35 points to lead the Warriors (1-3) to a win in the final round of the Harvest Christian tournament. Freshman Elise VanNoord had 7 rebounds and sophomore Emily Lamp 5 for Westminster. Versluys also had 11 rebounds and 5 steals.
