Perhaps Congress can function now

President Obama continues to blame House Republicans as the "do nothing" Congress. The actual fact is that, over the past few years, the Republican led House has sent the Democrat-led Senate 347 bills. Harry Reid has not allowed one bill to be debated or voted on. Now at least bills will finally have a chance of being debated and, if passed, sent to the president for his signature or veto - just the way Congress is supposed to function.
