Waukegan Police investigating death of 59-year-old man

Waukegan Police are investigating the death of a 59-year-old Waukegan man, officials said Tuesday.

Cmdr. Joe Florip said officers were called to an apartment in the 1300 block of White Oak Drive at 4:30 p.m. Monday for a death investigation. Investigators ruled the death of Stephen G. Dadzie, 59, a homicide, Florip said.

Dadzie lived in the apartment where he was found, Florip said.

The Waukegan Police Department's Major Crime Scene Unit and Criminal Investigation's Division are investigating the death.
