Palatine man pleads guilty to unlawful restraint

A 20-year-old Palatine man pleaded guilty to unlawful restraint Tuesday and was sentenced to 24 months of probation.
Cory M. Bucy originally was charged last year with sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl. The girl had told her therapist the two engaged in sexual activity, and the therapist reported it to authorities, prosecutors said at the time.
