Get to the root of Ebola problem

What makes this current outbreak of Ebola in the African nations different from what else is happening over there? Nothing. Over the last five to 10 years, there have been many outbreaks in Africa. Not one of those outbreaks resulted in any U.S. citizen being infected in this country. Why now are these people from infected countries traveling to the United States?

I don't think of myself as a conspiracy nut or paranoid. Has anyone considered this to be intentional attack on the U.S. and its people? Yes, we should be concerned about limiting exposure to our people, but we should also be concerned how this happened and stop it from happening again.
