Toys for Tots collection:

The Lake County Sheriff's Office is partnering with the United States Marine Corps and several local law enforcement agencies to collect toys for this holiday season's Toys for Tots campaign. Now through Dec. 21, new, unwrapped toys can be dropped off at several locations. Toys should be in original sealed package, and people are asked not to contribute stuffed animals due to dust/allergy concerns. Drop off locations are: Lake County Government Building, 18 N. County St., Waukegan; and the Lake County Sheriff's Offices at 25 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Waukegan, and 1301 N. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville.
