Judson to host military open house, recruiting event Nov. 5

For the first time, Judson University's School of Leadership and Business will host a communitywide military open house and recruiting event from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, at Judson University's Eagle Lounge at Lindner Tower, 500 W. River Road, Elgin. The event is free and open to the public.

Recruiters from all four branches of the military, Air Force, Army, Marines and Navy, will be in attendance and available to speak one-on-one about military career opportunities, especially for college graduates.

"The military services offer opportunities to use your education, gain further education, and develop as a leader," said Dr. David L. Cook, interim dean, School of Leadership and Business. "The leadership you learn while serving our nation will be the most valuable set of tools you ever acquire to make you successful in life."

Interested parties are encouraged to bring a cover letter and resume.
