North Aurora teen's missing bionic arm found at Chicago restaurant
A North Aurora teen has been reunited with his bionic arm discovered at a Chicago restaurant earlier this week, Chicago Police officials said Friday.
The bionic left arm of the 16-year-old teen was found at a Subway restaurant after the family reported the bionic appendage stolen from a vehicle on Oct. 18, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a spokeswoman for the Chicago Police Department.
A manager at the restaurant called police detectives Thursday morning to report the arm was found, Sedevic said.
She said detectives retrieved the arm from the restaurant and returned it to the family.
