Harangue oil execs for lower gas prices?

Harangue oil execs for lower gas prices?

I'm just wondering, when will we see our preening members of Congress summon oil executives to a hearing to explain why they are conspiring to drive down oil prices? Is it possible declining oil prices are due to normal market forces but increasing prices are due to market manipulation?

Just wondering.
