Rich Koz, the Son of Svengoolie, center, presents the Best Group Costume and Best Overall Costume to Vanna Fright (Lisa Golbeck) and Pat Slayjack (Jon Nivilinszky) at the fourth annual Nightmare on Chicago Street Oct. 25 in downtown Elgin.
