Will GOP blame Ebola on Obama?

I'm really surprised that the right-wing GOP candidates running for election in November haven't blamed President Obama for Ebola.

After all, Republicans have accused him of being a socialist from Africa without a legitimate birth certificate. And, since the initial GOP confab led by Mitch McConnell at a D.C. hotel after he won election, the Republicans have blamed the president for everything in an attempt to delegitimize his presidency and make him a failure.
