Foster endorsement a head-scratcher

The Daily Herald is a good newspaper, but you folks need to have your heads examined in endorsing Bill Foster in the 11th US Congressional District over the best candidate, Darlene Senger.

The remainder of your endorsements seem to be pretty much on track.
