9 arrested in child sex trafficking sting in Wisconsin

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. — Authorities say nine people have been arrested in a child sex trafficking sting in the Eau Claire area.

Investigators say they posed as children online looking for sex, or as an adult wanting to traffic a child for sex. Police say the nine were arrested Thursday and Friday.

A news conference is scheduled Monday morning in Eau Claire.
