Authorities searching for man who robbed Round Lake Beach bank

Authorities are searching for a man who robbed a Round Lake Beach bank Wednesday.
The robbery occurred about 1 p.m. at U.S. Bank, 254 E. Rollins Road. Police didn't say how much money was stolen.
The thief appeared to be between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 11 inches tall, and he looked to weigh about 190 pounds. He had short hair and may have tattoos on his hands and neck.
The man was wearing a tan jacket, a tan baseball cap, a traffic safety vest and sunglasses.
Round Lake Beach police and the FBI are investigating. Anyone with information can call police at (847) 546-2127.
