Quinn has moved our state forward

On Tuesday, Nov. 4, we have a clear choice for Governor, and that choice is Pat Quinn.

As governor, during the Great Recession, he was able to pass the largest construction program in Illinois history supporting more than 400,000 good paying jobs repairing much needed roads, schools and bridges.

Maintaining our infrastructure and providing a good quality education are very important factors for our state in order to continue sustainable job growth.

You see companies come to our state for three reasons: a dedicated and educated workforce; a solid transportation infrastructure to move goods and service; and a business climate for expansion.

As an example of the governor's efforts to increase business in Illinois and create jobs, Quinn helped Chrysler grow from 200 employees to more than 4,700. He helped Ford Motor to expand from 1,600 to 5,000 employees. Governor Quinn also enacted strong ethics laws, and has made Illinois the most veteran-friendly state in the country.

It is clear that Governor Quinn has always been fighting for everyday people his entire life. Please re-elect Quinn on Tuesday, Nov. 4, so we can continue to move our great state forward.
