Vernon Hills 3, Wauconda 2: Sophomore Anakin Ruiz scored twice, as the Cougars won the North Suburban Prairie Division match.

Ilya Kravtsev added a goal and an assist for Vernon Hills (6-4-1, 2-1-1), while Andre Szmyt also picked up an assist.

Wauconda (3-7, 0-3) got goals from Teddy Kolarov and Luiz Mendoza. Christopher Fox and Giovanni Marquez notched assists for the Bulldogs.
