Route 83 access limited:

Left-turn access to northbound and southbound Route 83 from Peterson Road will be prohibited beginning at 6 a.m. Monday, Sept. 15. The closure is expected to last three weeks and is necessary as part of the Peterson Road reconstruction and widening project, a Lake County Division of Transportation news release stated. The detour route will be Peterson Road to Midlothian Road to Winchester Road to Route 83.
