Lions to host annual pancake breakfast at Heritage Fest

The Dundee Lions will hold its annual Community Breakfast on the final day of this year's Heritage Fest on Sunday, Sept. 14. Breakfast will be served from 8 to 11 a.m.

Breakfast includes pancakes, sausage links, with biscuits and gravy, juice and coffee served buffet style. Live entertainment will also be provided.

Profits from the breakfast will go to the Lions charity funds to support many local charities such as the Boys and Girls Club, FISH Food Pantry and Community Crisis Center. Ticket prices are modest, with children, age 3 and younger, free. All Cub Scouts in Class A uniform also eat free.

Adding to the fun will be a 50/50 raffle with added prizes donated by local merchants.

The breakfast will be served at the main tent located downtown, south of Main Street (Route 72) between First and Second streets in West Dundee, near the Village Squire.
