Aurora closing Highland Avenue for three weeks

A stretch of Highland Avenue in Aurora will be closed for roughly three weeks beginning Wednesday, Sept. 3, between Prairie Street and Kensington Place as crews work to replace storm sewers.

Drivers should seek detours and are advised to take extra precautions near the construction area by reducing speed and being alert for workers.
