Garth Brooks adds 11th show at Allstate

Country superstar Garth Brooks, who has already sold more than 170,000 tickets for 10 Allstate Arena shows next month, has added an 11th.

Tickets for the new show, at 10:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5, go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 23. All tickets are $65.50. There is a six-ticket limit per purchase.

Seats for the first 10 Rosemont shows of the Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood sold quickly, shattering the country singer's previous record for ticket sales in a single North American city.

Brooks is kicking off his world tour - his first in 17 years - in Rosemont. The Allstate shows run Sept. 4 to 14.

No tickets will be sold at the Allstate Arena box office or at Ticketmaster outlets on Saturday, Aug. 23.
