Diabetes and Heart Disease Screening:

Assess Your Risk

What:

Screenings include a finger stick blood glucose level (12 hour fast is required), an A1C Level and a cholesterol screening. Based on your results a one-on-one consultation will be provided by a clinical health educator or Daniel So, MD, Endocrinologist. Complimentary foot screenings will also be provided by Robert Kipferl, DPM, Podiatrist. Cost for screening is $10.
