Ramp momentarily closed on I-90 due to water

An eastbound ramp of the Jane Addams Tollway at Route 31 was closed momentarily Monday morning due to minor flooding.
Joelle McGinnis, spokeswoman with the Illinois Tollway, confirmed the ramp was shut down momentarily Monday morning due to water on the pavement. However, she said, the water was quickly pumped off the ramp and reopened.
