District 128 budget talk:

The Libertyville-Vernon Hills Area High School District 128 board will meet Wednesday in a committee-of-the-whole session to discuss the proposed budget for the 2015 fiscal year, which began July 1. The meeting is set for 6 p.m. at the district office, 50 Lakeview Parkway, Vernon Hills. A vote isn't planned.
